Portugal coach Fernando Santos refused to comment on Cristiano Ronaldo's performance after the Real Madrid superstar missed a penalty in Saturday's 0-0 draw against Austria at Euro 2016.
Asked how the Portugal captain was feeling in the dressing room having struck the post with a 79th-minute penalty, Santos responded: "I prefer not to talk about this subject. I won't talk about individual players."
Ronaldo was left frustrated in his attempt to become the first player to score at a record fourth European Championship, with Portugal still searching for their first win in Group F.
The Euro 2004 runners-up are level on points with second-placed Iceland and two adrift of Hungary ahead of their clash with the surprise group leaders next Wednesday.
