Peter Odemwingie will leave English Barclays Premier League side, Stoke City, this summer.
The 34-year-old Nigerian striker is one of two high-profile players that the Potters have listed among players to depart the club at the end of June when their contracts run out.
"The Potters can confirm that Peter Odemwingie and Steve Sidwell head a list of eight professional players who will depart the bet365 Stadium when their contracts expire on 30th June," a statement by Premier League club's website informed.
Odemwingie appeared more than 30 times for the Potters in his two-and-a-half-year time at the club and scored five times, which were all in the 2013/14 season.
The Nigerian forward was shipped out on loan in March 2016 to ENglish Championship side, Bristol City, following his inability to command first-team football after a lengthy spell on the sidelines owing to injury.
