President of the Confederation of African Football (Caf) Issa Hayatou is expected in Kenya on Thursday for an African Nations Championship (Chan) Executive meeting.
The Cameroonian will be accompanied by one of the vice-presidents and general secretary Hicham El Amrani for the short tour.
The Caf top brass will meet with Football Kenya Federation (FKF) officials in a meeting set for Friday.
The upcoming meetings by Caf follows an earlier visit by a delegation from the African confederation led by vice-president Almany Camara and Hicham El Amrani for a preliminary check of facilities as Kenya prepares to host the prestigious event from 11 January – 2 February, 2018 in four venues over three localities.
Other than typical meetings which were held in the east African country, the delegation toured the Kisumu, Mombasa, and Kinoru Stadiums.
